Amy Friendy, principal at BRIC architecture, has learned a lot about how to navigate the challenges of leadership. I interviewed her recently for the Daily Journal of Commerce Women of Vision issue:

While it felt good to be needed by staff to help solve problems, Friendy came to understand it wasn’t best for their development as leaders or her development. She learned to listen as a coach, to hold back on providing solutions and ask questions to keep the problem solving in the speaker’s court.

Learn more about her journey in the recent issue of the Daily Journal of Commerce Women of Vision.
